چکیده
The Human Genome monograph, represent the collaboration results between of two genetics: Miss Dr. Georgeta Cordoş (Bucharest, Romania) and Professor Alexander Rodewald (Hamburg University, Germany). Using the molecular genetics methods, developed in the studies over the human genome, the two genetist analysed the nucleotide sequence in nuclear-DNA and mitochondrial-DNA, from human vestiges belonging at 50 populations from the actual Romania territory in Bronze (22 populations) and Iron Ages (28 populations). The marker gene analysis at antiques populations and actual populations from the Romania territory, as well as in actual populations from neighbouring populations, permit the established the kinship degree of the Romanian population with the other European populations. These researches can be applied in different domains. Thus, the authors of these review, discussed the some features artistic preoccupations at the antiques human populations (Bronze and Iron Epochs) from the actual Romania territory, aspects which support the ancestors of the Romanian people in this territory.

Precision medicine, technologies, and molecular diagnostics
Introduction: Genetics, cellular and molecular medicines are cutting-edge sciences and technologies that play an important role in improving human health and quality of life. In addition, medical and biological sciences have clearly shown that the onset of diseases differs from person to person due to their different genetic profiles and variations in molecular basis. Therefore, it is feasible ...

Pneumoviruses are responsible for significant respiratory disease in their hosts and represent a major problemfor human and animal health. Pneumoviruses are members of the family Paramyxoviridae, subfamilyPneumovirinae and the virus particles consist of a negative-sense, nonsegmented RNA genome within a helical nucleocapsid structure enveloped in a lipid membrane derived from the ho...
متن کاملRun of Homozygosity a Procedure to Detecting Inbreeding in Farm Animals
Inbreeding depression is a harmful phenomenon in livestock which is outcome of inbreeding. Inbreeding is consequence mating between two individuals who are more related to each other than average relatedness in population, which results in reducing in fitness of progenies and genetic variability in populations. Development of high-density genome-wide single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) array f...

This commentary addresses the statement that “the authors believe that the HRH [Human Resources for Health] Program can serve as a model for other initiatives that seek to address the shortage of qualified health professionals in low-income countries and strengthen the long-term capacity of local academic institutions.” I adopt the position of the devil’s advocate and ask whether a country, wit...
